Shakyamuni Buddha's Enlightenment Day

Cham Shan Temple will be holding celebrations on Saturday 31st December and Sunday 1st of Janurary to mark the enlightenment day of Shakyamuni Buddha.

31/12 (Saturday): Evening service, chanting congregation

1/1 (Sunday): Morning service, chanting congregation, ceremonies for Grand Offering (10:30am) followed by lunch.

Please RSVP by December 28th.

Sangha Day

Cham Shan Temple will be celebrating Sangha Day this Sunday 14th Aug. Sangha Day is an opportunity to give dana (offerings) to Sangha members to thank them for their continual support in guiding us in the Dharma path.

It is also a chance for the Buddhist community to get together and share the Buddhist teachings. Sangha Day is open to all friends and family and we welcome you to join us in making offerings to the Buddha and Sangha. Doing meritorus acts such as giving Dana also benefits our parents and ancestors.
